Toques et Clochers Cremant de Limoux

Made from a blend of Chardonnay, Chenin and Mauzac, this crémant or sparkling wine is the product of grapes carefully selected at each step of production. A pale yellow wine with green lights and delicate, refined bubbles, it is dominated by a skilful blend of white flower aromas with hawthorn, acacia and white fruit combined with toasted, brioche aromas. The lively frank attack first features fruity flavors followed by brioche, and spicy notes lasting on the palate.
