Straw yellow in color with slightly greenish highlights. Elegant and delicate nose with white roses and jasmine, followed by Golden apple with hints of lemon peel. The aging on its lees is evident in a pleasant hint of marzipan and a background of fine pastries that ends with a mineral note. On the palate, a fine, well-integrated, elegant and creamy carbonation is perceived. The palate is fresh with good balance, highlighting the citrus and floral notes. It brings back memories of apple and peach with a touch of fresh grass and a mineral and saline finish. Ideal with all types of fish and seafood.
