Full-bodied and expansive, the 2023 Pouilly-Fumé Calcite is a tender, supple wine. Fairly gentle in terms of acidity for a Pouilly-Fumé, a touch of spritz perks it up and lifts it. There's a modest concentration of citrus fruit, green peas and herbal notes. The finish is rather short.
