Clear, pale gold color. A well-developed, fruity and herbaceous nose, reniniscent of white peach and fresh mint. Palate: is crisp and clean; fruity with aromas of passion fruit and lemon. Refreshing and easy to drink. Showing good balance between fruit and acidity. Perfect as an aperitif, but also with all fish and poultry.
