Aix Rose 2025 (1.5ltr)

Pale and pink-tinged the way Provence rosé tends to run, this comes from the cooler northern stretches of the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation, where Maison Saint Aix draws on the classic southern French trio of Cinsault, Grenache, and Syrah. The 2025 is a dry, still rosé built for the table and the terrace alike.

The nose leads with orchard blossom and perfumed pear, apple, and a lift of fresh citrus. On the palate it fills out toward ripe white fruit, peach, and a faint toasty hint of hazelnut, with more weight and concentration than the delicate color suggests. Fresh acidity runs through it cleanly, keeping everything silky and balanced, and the ripe charm of the fruit gives it an easy, joyful character.
