Sourced from the volcanic highlands of Jalisco, this añejo tequila from ArteNOM is aged in oak for a minimum of one year, allowing the spirit to develop deeper color and complexity. The producer works with agave farmers across multiple terroirs, selecting and blending expressions to create a balanced, mature profile that respects both the blue agave and the wood aging process.

Expect warm spice, vanilla, and toasted oak notes characteristic of aged tequila, with the underlying agave character softened by time in barrel. This works equally well neat in a snifter, on the rocks, or as the foundation of a sophisticated cocktail where you want the tequila's structure to shine through.
