Made in Vermont by Caledonia Spirits, Barr Hill is a gin built on a foundation of raw honey and botanicals foraged from the surrounding landscape. Rather than the London Dry template of juniper-forward clarity, this expression uses local wildflower honey as its base spirit, then layers in a restrained botanical bill that lets the honey's character come through.
