Description
Bodegas Care Blanco Sobre Lías is a white blend from Cariñena, in Spain's Aragon region, made by Bodegas Anadas. The 2024 vintage is a still wine, unoaked and bottled young to preserve its freshness. Whites from this inland Spanish region tend toward bright acidity and mineral character, with the wine's name (sobre lías, or "on the lees") suggesting extended contact with yeast sediment to build texture and complexity.

James SucklingThis fruity, creamy white shows peaches, nectarines and lemon tart on the nose. It’s medium-bodied, ripe and tropical. Drink now. (James Suckling, August 2025)
