Bogle's 2021 Petite Sirah comes from California's Central Valley, where the variety thrives in warm conditions and delivers wines of serious structure and depth. Petite Sirah (also called Durif) is known for its dark, brooding character and substantial tannins, and this bottling follows that template.

The wine shows dense dark fruit, with plum and blackberry at its core, rounded out by notes of pepper and spice. The tannin structure is firm and present on the palate, giving the wine real grip and backbone without feeling rough.
