Bonollo Gra'it Grappa (750ml) *

Grappa from northern Italy, Gra'it is made from grape pomace (the skins, stems, and seeds left over after winemaking) and distilled to capture the essence of the fruit. These spent grapes, which might otherwise go to waste, become the raw material for a spirit that's often clean, direct, and intensely grapey in character. The producer, Bonollo, has a long history working with pomace in the Veneto region.
