The 2023 Syrah Bionic Frog is more of a whisper than a shout, singing its siren song with notes of stone dust, black olive, grilled rosemary, spiced blood orange and seared meats. It possesses a lovely inner sweetness offset by a vividly salty core of minerality, while a sour citrus twang excites the senses just in time for a burst of vibrantly ripe black fruits to emerge.
