Extra añejo tequila, aged for a minimum of three years in oak, comes from Cazcanes in Jalisco. The house built its reputation on patience and careful barrel selection, letting time and wood do the work of deepening color and softening the spirit's raw edges into something rounder and more contemplative than younger expressions.

Expect a tequila that sits comfortably in darker territory, caramel, vanilla, and oak influence the palate, with the agave still present but now a supporting voice rather than the lead. This is a sipping tequila, best served neat or over a single large ice cube, where you can move slowly through the layers without rush.
