Made by the traditional method, with its second fermentation carried out in the bottle, this Brut Classic comes from Deutz, a house based in the Champagne region of northeastern France. Like most non-vintage Champagne, it draws on a blend of grapes to build a consistent style, dry (that's what "Brut" signals) and built around the fine, persistent bead that the méthode champenoise is known for.
