Chartreuse 'Yellow' Liqueur NV (750ml)

A French herbal liqueur made by Carthusian monks since the 18th century, Yellow Chartreuse is built on a secret blend of 130 plants, herbs, and spices. The recipe remains known only to two senior members of the order, and production continues at the monastery distillery in the French Alps, where the spirit is aged in oak before bottling.

Yellow Chartreuse is sweeter and lighter than its green counterpart, with pronounced vanilla and honey notes layered over the herbal complexity underneath. The character is bright and approachable, making it work equally well as a digestif on its own, mixed into cocktails, or poured over vanilla ice cream for a simple dessert.
