This Haut-Médoc blend from Château du Taillan captures the earthy, structured character that defines the left bank of Bordeaux. Built on Cabernet Sauvignon with supporting Merlot and smaller proportions of Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc, the 2019 vintage shows the balance these gravelly soils naturally encourage, enough tannin for aging, enough fruit for pleasure now.
