Premier cru Chardonnay from the northern edge of Burgundy, this Fourchaume bottling from Courtault-Michelet comes from one of Chablis's better-regarded 1er cru sites and carries the 2023 vintage. Chablis is Chardonnay grown in a cool, continental corner of Burgundy, and the wines here tend toward a lean, mineral, high-acid style rather than the riper, oakier expressions of the Côte d'Or further south.
