Made in France from a blend of ginger and neutral spirit, Domaine de Canton is a ginger liqueur built on a foundation of Cognac. The ginger itself comes from Madagascar, Mauritius, and other sources in the Indian Ocean region, steeped and macerated to extract bright, spicy character while maintaining a certain refinement. The result is bottled at 56 proof, giving it enough body to stand up in cocktails without overwhelming gentler flavors.
