Empress Indigo Gin (1L)

A gin from Canada infused with butterfly pea flower, which gives it a striking deep indigo hue. Empress 1908 Gin takes its name from the year of Victoria, British Columbia's founding, and draws on botanicals sourced from across the Pacific Northwest, including juniper, citrus peel, coriander, and a blend of floral and herbal notes that the butterfly pea flower both colors and complements.

The result is gin with a smooth, slightly sweet character and visible florality alongside the expected juniper backbone. The indigo color shifts toward purple when citrus or tonic is added, making it as visually interesting in a drink as it is on the shelf.
