Orange wine, made by leaving white grapes in contact with their skins, picks up color, texture, and a grippy character you don't find in a standard white. This one comes from Castilla La Mancha in central Spain, a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Verdejo, both grapes that lean aromatic and bright, here reworked through skin contact into something with more weight and tannic grip. A non-vintage pour built for easy, casual drinking rather than the cellar.
