Hendrick's Gin (1L)

A Scottish gin made with an unusual infusion of cucumber and rose petals, Hendrick's departs from the London Dry template to create something distinctly its own. Produced in Girvan, Scotland, it's distilled using a combination of grain spirit and malt spirit, then married with botanical extracts including juniper, coriander, and citrus alongside its signature cucumber and rose.

The result is bright and herbaceous with a pronounced cucumber character and delicate floral notes that emerge on the finish. It's clean and crisp on the palate, less gin-forward than a traditional dry style, which makes it approachable on its own or mixed into a tonic. Many drinkers garnish it with a cucumber slice to amplify that signature botanical note.
