Cognac is twice-distilled brandy from the Cognac region of France, and Hine has been making it since the late 18th century. This VSOP (Very Superior Old Pale) expression sits at the middle tier of the house's range, aged long enough to develop complexity but still carrying the bright character that defines the style. The spirit comes from eaux-de-vie sourced primarily from the chalky vineyards around the Cognac region, blended and aged in oak.

Expect the warmth and roundness you want from a VSOP cognac, with stone fruit and vanilla notes balanced against subtle oak and spice.
