Lions de Suduiraut is the dry white produced by Château Suduiraut, the legendary Sauternes estate in Bordeaux. This 2013 bottling blends Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon into a still (non-botrytized) wine, a departure from the house's famous sweet wines. Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon are natural partners in Bordeaux, where the former brings herbaceous snap and the latter adds weight and textural depth.
