Luxardo Maraschino Originale (375ml)

A maraschino liqueur from the Veneto region of Italy, Luxardo's Originale is made from marasca cherries, small, sour stone fruits native to the Dalmatian coast. The cherries are macerated and distilled, then blended with other botanicals and aged in wooden vats. This is the original formulation, produced without artificial colorants or flavorings, which gives it a pale, natural appearance quite different from the neon-red versions familiar to many drinkers.

Luxardo Maraschino Originale shows a delicate cherry character with subtle almond and floral notes, balanced by a dry, slightly bitter finish that keeps it from being cloying. The spirit works beautifully in classic cocktails like the Last Word or Aviation, where its refinement shines alongside other liqueurs and spirits. It's also excellent stirred into cream or sipped neat as a digestif after dinner.
