Michel Sarrazin et Fils has made wine in Givry, a lesser-known corner of southern Burgundy, for generations. This is a Premier Cru Pinot Noir from the Les Bois Gautiers vineyard, vintage 2023. Givry produces leaner, more mineral-driven expressions of Pinot than the famous appellations to the north, with the acidity and structure to age well.
