Made in Galicia, Spain, Nordes is a gin that departs from the London Dry template by drawing on the botanical traditions and terroir of its northwestern Atlantic coast home. The distillery works with local botanicals and regional ingredients, creating a spirit that reflects its place rather than chasing a familiar profile.

Nordes shows a fresher, more herbaceous character than typical gin expressions, with citrus and floral notes playing against the juniper backbone. It works well neat or in a gin and tonic, where its botanical complexity won't disappear into the mixer, and pairs naturally with seafood or lighter appetizers.
