Grown on the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna in eastern Sicily, this bottling from Passopisciaro carries the Terre Siciliane IGP designation and marks a twenty-year milestone for the estate. The Franchetti cuvée is a red drawn from high-elevation vineyards on the mountain, a corner of Sicily prized for the tension and lift that altitude and volcanic soils lend to its wines. This is the 2019 vintage.
