A Guyana-sourced rum, Pusser's is blended and aged using a traditional navy-style formula that dates back centuries. The house sources high-ester rums from the Demerara region and marries them with other Caribbean spirits to create a full-bodied expression meant for sipping or mixing.

Expect a rich, molasses-forward profile with warming spice notes and a certain heft that comes from the high-ester character of Demerara rum. This is the kind of rum that works equally well in a classic Dark and Stormy, a mai tai, or simply neat with a single cube of ice.
