Made at the historic Midleton Distillery in County Cork, Redbreast is a single pot still Irish whiskey finished in ex-Oloroso sherry casks from the Lustau bodega in Jerez. Single pot still whiskey, a style unique to Ireland, blends malted and unmalted barley distilled in a copper pot still, creating a naturally spicy and oily character that sherry cask maturation amplifies and rounds.

Expect rich dried fruit, warm spice, and the honeyed depth that comes from time in used sherry wood.
