Ruinart; Blanc de Blancs NV (750ml)

Made entirely from Chardonnay, this is a Blanc de Blancs from Champagne Ruinart, the non-vintage expression of a house built around that single grape. Champagne is produced by the traditional method, with the secondary fermentation that creates its bubbles taking place inside the bottle, and a Chardonnay-only cuvée tends to show the bright, lifted, citrus-and-orchard character that the variety brings to the region.
