Samaroli, the independent Italian bottler, selected and aged this expression in pursuit of what the label calls "perfection," working with cask and time to develop the whisky's natural flavor without added color or chill filtration.

Expect the briny, smoky minerality typical of Orkney malts, with the richness that comes from decades in wood.
