Pale, dry, and built for easy drinking, this is a still rosé from Domaine Montrose in the south of France, bottled in the 2025 vintage. Southern French rosé tends toward freshness and pale color, and this one fits squarely in that mold, a wine meant to be poured cold and enjoyed young rather than puzzled over.

The color is barely tinted, almost ghostly in the glass. What it offers is straightforward and pleasant: candied red fruit, a touch of cream that softens the edges, and a finish of medium length.
