Vecchia Romagna Etichetta Nera (750ml)

Distilled from Italian wine and aged in oak, this is a brandy in the classic mold, the Etichetta Nera (Black Label) bottling from Vecchia Romagna in Emilia-Romagna. Like all brandy, it begins as wine and takes its color and much of its character from time in wood, which softens the spirit and lends it a warm amber tone. Sip it neat or over ice after dinner, the way an Italian digestivo is meant to be taken.
