Vecchio Amaro del Capo (750ml)

An amaro from Calabria in southern Italy, Vecchio Amaro del Capo is made by the Caffo distillery using a blend of herbs, spices, and citrus peels sourced from the region. The spirit is aged in oak, which gives it depth and a polished character that sets it apart from younger amari.

Dark and bittersweet on the palate, with herbal complexity and subtle notes of orange peel and warm spices, this amaro works equally well as a digestif after a meal or as a stirred ingredient in classic cocktails. The oak aging smooths the spirit's edges while preserving the botanical character underneath.
