A rosé built from an unusually broad blend, this Rioja bottling from Viñedos Sierra Cantabria draws on Garnacha and Sauvignon Blanc in equal measure, rounded out with Viura, Tempranillo Blanco, and small portions of Maturana and Tempranillo. The 2025 vintage was fermented with yeasts selected from the estate's own limestone-rich vineyards, using both skins and musts, and bottled without any oak influence to keep the fruit clear and direct.

Very pale in color, the 2025 Rosado XF blends Garnacha (30%), Sauvignon Blanc (30%), Viura (20%), Maturana (5%), Tempranillo (5%) and Tempranillo Blanco (10%), combining both skins and musts during fermentation. The nose shows sour cherry and red cherry with a profile reminiscent of Galician Ribeiro, though with slightly more fruit intensity. The 2025 XF was produced with a blend of 30% Garnacha, 30% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Viura, 10% Tempranillo Blanco and 5% each Maturana and Tempranillo from limestone-rich soils. It fermented with yeasts selected from their vineyards and was bottled unoaked. It has a pale salmon color and is quite subtle, serious and a little austere, tender and velvety, elegant and clean. 30,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in January 2026.
