Volans Tequila Blanco (750ml)

Blanco tequila from the state of Jalisco in Mexico, this unaged expression from Volans Tequila captures agave at its most direct, bottled without the mellowing influence of a barrel. As a blanco, it goes from still to bottle with little or no time in wood, which keeps the character of the spirit front and center.

Expect the bright, vegetal spirit that defines the blanco style, with the pepper and citrus edge that comes through when nothing stands between you and the agave. It works neat or on the rocks if you want to taste it plainly, and it holds up as the backbone of a margarita or a paloma where its clean profile has room to show.
