Kentucky bourbon finished in Madeira casks, this limited release from Woodford Reserve draws on the distillery's experimental Master's Collection series. The bourbon is initially aged in new charred oak before a secondary maturation in casks that previously held Madeira wine, imparting dried fruit and fortified wine characteristics to the base spirit.

Expect layers of caramel and vanilla from the bourbon's primary aging, balanced against the darker stone fruit, toffee, and subtle wine-soaked oak that the Madeira cask finish introduces.
